Located on the first floor, The Parlour Suite was made for entertaining, or for guests seeking a spacious retreat with the luxury of culinary convenience. Sleeping up to two guests in a queen bedroom, the suite also features a sitting room with decorative fireplace, plus a large, light-filled living area with a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The full bathroom includes a clawfoot soaking tub and shower.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the expansive barn and garage doors flood the space with sunlight, creating an open-air ambiance that seamlessly blends the interior with the surrounding neighborhood. Inside, you’ll find a large living area featuring two plush sofas, an eclectic mix of vintage and modern artwork, a kitchenette with dining area, and a full bath featuring radiant heated floors, reclaimed wood paneling, and decorative tiles. The Moto Grand comfortably accommodates up to two guests in a convertible Queen Murphy bed.
For events, the space can easily be transformed by rearranging or removing furniture, making it perfect for private dinner parties, wellness retreats, or small intimate gatherings.
